How do I remove terminated employees from reports?

Terminated employees will have an inactive profile on all reports and inactive records on most reports. (Termination report will show terminated employees with active records) As a default, all records are shown on reports regardless of their status, however, each person has the ability to filter reports by only active records or active profiles. To do this, click on System preferences link within the System settings section of the My details menu. Reports that can be filtered in this way have a Data filter link at the base. Clicking on this link will take you straight back to the System preferences form to change the filters you wish to use.

If you don’t wish to view terminated people, check that this filter has been set to Active profiles.
